And Another One…Indiana 23rd State to Pass Constitutional Carry!

It seems like I’ve been reporting on states passing constitutional carry a lot this month. Two weeks ago, Alabama’s governor signed a constitutional carry bill into law. A week later Ohio’s governor signed one into law as well.

And yesterday, Indiana Gov. Eric Holcomb signed House Bill 1296 into law. Starting July 1, you won’t need a permit to carry concealed in Indiana. As long as you are 18 years of age or older and not federally prohibited from owning a gun, you can carry concealed in Indiana.

Those who want an Indiana License to Carry Handgun can still apply for one through the Indiana State Police. This will give license holders reciprocity in other states which can be seen on our Concealed Carry Maps.

“The Second Amendment has been debated for years, yet time and again our U.S. Supreme Court has reaffirmed this important constitutional right that I fully support,” Gov. Holcomb said. Via Fox19.
